God’s Plan of Salvation
The greatest thing you will
ever do is turn your life over to Jesus!
God Loves You!
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son, that
whoever believes in Him should not parish but have Everlasting
life.” John 3:16
Because of our sin, we are separated from
God. “For all have
sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
The Penalty for our sin is death.
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23
Jesus Christ paid the penalty for our sin!
“But God commendeth (demonstrated) His love toward us, in that while
we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.’ Romans 5:8 and Isaiah
53:6” All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to
his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all
If we repent of our sin, then confess and
trust Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we will be saved from our
sins! “For whosoever
shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13;
and, ‘…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and
shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness; and the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Romans 10:9, 10
Here are some ways that you
can grow as a Christian:
• Be Baptized.
Baptism identifies you with Christ Act 8:35-40
• Study your
Bible. The Bible guides you and answers all of life’s questions.
Psalm 119:105
• Share your
faith with others. 2 Timothy 1:8, Matthew 10:32, Acts1:8
• Be part of
this church. Fellowship with Christians. Hebrews 10:24,25
• Pray. Make
prayer a part of your daily life Luke 11:2-4
